Linux File Systems for Windows not detecting all disks

hi,
it is my first post. i just bought Linux File Systems for Windows to recover data from wd my cloud home 6tb. my os is windows 11. i removed the wd hdd from my cloud home and connected to my desktop using an usb hdd dock. but software is showing disk 16 and 4 volumes inside it, only 2gb. could not find rest of the data. can anyone please help to solve it? i have all of my photos & videos inside it. just can't loose them. please help. i have attached a screen shot. many thanks
