Migrate os to new computer..new hardware

This is for my wife..don't want to screw it up..lol
I built her a new computer with new hardware. I want to migrate from her old system with hard drive to new computer and new hardware. Do I add her new ssd to old computer so it can see drive and move it. It will obviously have the old hardware with it. Does this program have the adaptive restore or whatever it's called to be able to see new hardware when I put it in new computer as the boot dri e or what?

Thanks for any help...or do I got to buy a different paragon program to doe this. I believe I bought the migrate os program..single computer.
