Re: "Checking your computer"
Please go to folder C:\ProgramFiles\Paragon Software\Paragon Migrate OS to SSD 5.0 (English) Single License\and find file layout.ini, open it with Administrator Rights in Notepad, search for:
Aggregate logs in global log file(On/Off) = off
change to:
Aggregate logs in global log file(On/Off) = on
Then:
1. Launch Migrate OS to SSD 5
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Attempt to migrate the system again
4. When the process hangs, please rerun Migrate OS to SSD 5
5. Press 'Home' and select 'Collect log files'
6. Send us a set of log files as a reply to this message
Please also find super.log file, located in C:\Program Files\Paragon Software\Paragon Migrate OS to SSD 5.0 (English) Single License\program and send it to me, if the size is too big, then use 7zip or similar tools to compress it.
Don't forget to revert all changes made to layout.ini.
Also, please open 'Control panel'-> 'System and Security' -> 'System' and make a screenshot. then send it to us.
Re: "Checking your computer"
I am having the same issue. What was the resolution for mcalvert86 above? Also I have followed the steps above for capturing the logs. Where would I send? Thanks!

My copy of the migrate program is doing the same " Looking for installed operating systems " for 120 minutes before I cancelled all operations.
Please fix this issue!
