Clone HDD to NVME and keep both on the notebook

I bought a license for the Drive Copy of Paragon Had Disk Manager but I think I'm missing something. COuld you help me?
I have a notebook with 1TB HDD (running Windows 10). I installed a Samsung SM961 Polaris 128GB NVMe Solid State Driver in the M.2 socket. I ran the Copy tool and I could see that the content is in the NVMe module via windows explorer. But the machine keeps booting from the HDD. I want to keep the HDD in the notebook as well. I was hoping I would see some in the UEFI/BIOS that would allow me to choose the disk that I want to boot but it doesn't show up. What do I need to do?
