Hard Disk Manager 15 vs Paragon Migrate OS 5.0 ...

Hi Everyone,

If I already own (and currently Use) "Hard Disk Manager 15", would purchasing "Paragon Migrate OS 5.0" give me any additional benefits, if I wanted to copy a current Windows partition onto a new hard drive of a computer with dissimilar hardware? Or does "Hard Disk Manager 15" already do everything that "Paragon Migrate OS 5.0" does?

Also, once the existing Windows partition is copied to a new hard drive, on my new system (with dissimilar hardware from the old system) , would the Windows operating system and other programs need to be "re-activated" on the new machine? How much of a problem is this, and is there anything that I can do to make it less of an issue?

If anyone with knowledge of the similarities/differences and/or experiences with between these two programs would let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
