Error code 0xc000009 while using BR16

Generated recovery media CD on W10 Home premium 64bit from iso. This boots OK and then halfway through backup image generation to local USB drive, this error, 0xc000009 Status_Device_Data_Error is generated. USB HD checks out OK on Windows.
Note I have used BR13 to generate BU image of Win 7 system OK to same USB drive but encounter same error when trying to BU W10 system. So looks like an issue with W10. Has anyone seen this error. There is an error correcting tool for this but only seems to apply to XP, Win 7, Win 8.1 and not yet to W 10.
