Whenever I am connecting my external hard disk drive "WD Elements" to my android mobile using "Paragon mount ntfs" app , the file manager will show the contents. But after 1 minute , the drive disconnect and reconnect again. Because of this, I cannot move or copy files on my hard disk. Please help me with this situation.
