Paragon ExtFS for Windows does not Work with Virtual Disks

I recently purchased ExtFS for Windows and HFS+ for Windows so that I could use them in conjunction with VMware to mount my VMDK virtual hard disks and access them on Windows. While Paragon HFS+ for Windows does not have a problem with this, it seems that Pargon ExtFS does have a problem with this, and I cannot access my Ubuntu virtual hard disk. When I check the list of volumes through the user interface, I do not see anything.

Does anyone have any ideas?
