EXT4 for MAC cannot mount

We bought NTFS & EXTFS for Mac a few months ago and since last week it doesn't work, we have uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work, what can we do?
We have a macOS Catalina 10.15.7
We urgently need to repair EXTFS to be able to see Ext4 hdd

Like in my other post, try detaching and reattaching the drive AFTER MacOS has booted, and extFS drivers loaded.
