How to MOVE a Partition from Right to Left

Hello, I am using the Latest Free Community Version.
I need to Move the EFI Partition from the Right end to the Left end.
I have tried to use Move & Resize - I was successful in creating Space to the Left of the WIN Partition, but I can find NO Way to move the EFI Partition from where it is to the Left to occupy the Space I created.
When I go to the Tutorial, Move & Resize, only Resize gets a mention - Nothing about Moving a Partition.

Advice on this matter, Please.
