extFS does not mount disk properly - txs for the flashy ad on your website paragon

Paragon - oh my...
While the NTFS drivers work fine for me I now wanted to read my Synology data backups on an external disk on my Mac.
Easy I thought there's this flashy website from Paragon - everything is a snap - well.........
I am using Catalina and the software is installed and runs - it has been granted full disk access and full folder access.

Here's what happens if I insert a 6TB WD drive from the NAS into the OWC diskstation.
Catalina comes up first and says this disk must be initialised which I tell to IGNORE.

Paragon software lists the disk in their menue with 750GB size but does not go further.
Disk is not visible in finder.

So what can I do Paragon - you want my money - gladly pay - even double - if this app just would work out of the box - as you claim.

Any thoughts appreciated.
