The user management of this website seems broken!

I tried to login - the site would claim that my user-id or password is wrong - even though I triggered this from within my password manager, so I highly doubt that my id or password were wrong!

I then tried to re-register and got told that this email address is already taken. So then I clicked the "forgot my password" link but I never got an email.

Finally I registered anew with a different username and email address and that all worked (including the email to activate the account). So why did I then not get that first email with the password recovery link? And - yes - I have checked my spam folder...

And since I am at it: your captures are REALLY brain-damaged! I had to go through 5 (FIVE!) rounds of pictures both during my login-attempt, for sending the recovery link and for the second registration. This is frustrating and upsetting!
