I have a trial Paragon Drive Backup Trying to use Volume Explorer.

When I click on any drive the program crashes, with a note saying launcher.exe failed.

Is that a know fault? Is there a fix? It has done it out of the box, I have never been able to use Volume explorer.

I would blame here a Toshiba drive in tablet PC. Do you have any other PC you can test this SW on?

I have another PC & will test it there. The trouble is that It is the Tablet I really do want to backup.

If you need Volume Explorer only to export single files or folders from backup archive then you can do it via Mount Image or ask for xExplorer.exe utility from Support Team. It can browse images also without crashing the main program.

Hello,

I work on HP Pavillon Dual Core Quad and Vista Home Edition.
I have a Wacom Graphic Tablet connected.
When I click on Archive tab or Explorer Tab and on letter of drive the launcher.exe crash.
On an other PC without Wacom Graphic Tbalet there is no problem.

Thanks for your response.

I also have the same problem here - using the trial version of Drive Backup 8.51 launcher.exe crashes when I'm starting the backup.

Hi Liftboy, it is time to trial Drive Backup 9.0 already. Check if it produces same problem.
2phildu44: Looks like problem while detecting your Tablet drive. Not sure if Paragon did test it in this very configuration.
