Recovery CD v.8.5

My PARAGON HARD DISC MANAGER 8.5 PERSONAL RECOVERY CD does not respond. When it starts, program is blocked. See picture.
Please, give me instruction what to do. It is very important to me.

Is this normal mode or safe mode of Recovery CD?

Yes , it is happened in normal mode and the same thing is happened in the safe mode !I thought it is about I have SATA HD. Is it posible?
Softwere is legal.
If you know , please tell me, where I can ask for help. It is very important to me.

Sounds like the Boot CD fails to detect some part of your hardware. Did you wait enough till it loads completely? Suse 10.2 is slow in hardware detection when working on Core 2 family motherboards, and this could be the reason. If waiting does not help, build up your own boot CD based on BartPE plugin. It is easier and more convenient to my mind ;):rolleyes:
