Restore file/folder?

Is there a way to restore a file or a folder from an image of a hard drive created by Recovery CD?

Hi, as far as I know you can use File Transfer Wizard from Recovery CD to enter the backup archive and copy out files from it. Or use Volume Explorer in Windows mode of your product to enter the backup archive file and copy out files from it.
