Everytime I try to resize my partitions (C and D) it gives me an error message saying C cannot be accessed because it has a process running. But there is no program running or anything that I can tell. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do.
Help Please!!!

Hello,
Mostly c: is your system partition and in this situation there is always a program running on it, Windows.
In most cases you can upsize c: without rebooting or using recovery CD.
But if you try to downsize c: use the recovery CD.
I would perform a ckdsk c: /f before to be sure that the FS is not corrupted.
If have important things on this partition, make a backup too.

Have you tried selecting the restart windows option? This should reboot the machine in DOS where the resizing operation will start.
PM cannot work while windows is running.
