Hi,
I just wanted to verify that Partition Manager will work with MS-Exchange. I am assuming that it will, but want to be certain. In my last run of the tool, it changed my E: drive to D: drive. Just want to verify that no known issues exist.

Hello John,
In my case it works. I needed to upsize the system partition of my windows 2003 server with 2003 exchange.
My config before:
C: - System partition - 16 GB
D: - Exchange Database - 64 GB
E: - User Data / File Shares - ~185 GB
My config after the resize:
C: - System partition - 32 GB
D: - Exchange Database - 64 GB
E: - User Data / File Shares - ~169 GB
To make sure that nothing interferes with this partition move and resize process I disabled all shares and stopped the exchange services (clean database shutdown) before starting this operation.
If performed this resize in windows and divided this whole procedure into three steps which I applied separately.
- Shrinking the data partition - it runs directly in windows.
- For some reason to move the exchange database partition D a reboot was needed. During this reboot it moved the partition - it took much time but I let it go.
- The last step was to upsize the system partition. This was getting performed very quickly and directly in windows.
regards,
xellos

if it is your company server i would suggest you to do a backup, because if something happens, that would not be nice.
check every involved partition with chkdsk /f
and i would download the latest verison of PM from Paragons homepage.
