Help - Cant see windows volume on mac

Used the trial of NTFS for mac. Went to uninstall it. Rebooted and now i cant see my windows volume on my mac or my external HD. Please can someone help?

which OS X Version?
Which architecture - intel or ppc?
What kind of external HD - USB or Firewire?
