Hello,

I just installed your software, and now there is something that comes at the beginning, when I start the computer; it is a screen, and it asks whether the computer should boot from the floppy or from the Win XP (HDD); there's the Paragon software logo over there. How do I get rid of it? I don't need anything to do anything about the booting, even if it is doing something good. My computer boots very slowly as it is.

Do reply.

Thanks.

I didn't know what to do, so I just uninstalled the whole software. Actually, if you uninstall a software, it should delete all its files and applications, right? So how come I got rid of the software, but the Boot thing still remains? And how do I get rid of it now.

Thanx.

Hello, thanks for giving that link about MBR, but I downloaded it, and yet I cannot get it to work; firstly, it seems to be a command-line only thing, and secondly, to me it seems as if this thing will protect my computer from now on. But how do I get rid of the extra boot screen that got installed two days ago?

Do reply.

Thanx.

Reinstall the Paragon HDM software, then find something that looks like "Fix (or repair) MBR". Follow the instructions.
It worked for me, it should work for you too.

If not, contact Paragon team, they are usually helpful.
